These terms cover your use of Stash, a free personal app that organizes the TikTok videos you have saved to your own Favourites. By using Stash, you agree to the terms below.

The service

Stash is a free tool for personal, non-commercial use. It reads the videos you have saved on TikTok and organizes them into a searchable library for you. We may change, pause, or discontinue the service at any time.

Provided as is

Stash is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any organization or summary it produces will be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for your own TikTok account and for your compliance with TikTok's own terms and any applicable laws. You agree to use Stash only with data you are entitled to access, and only for lawful, personal purposes. You may disconnect TikTok or stop using Stash at any time.

Not affiliated with TikTok

Stash is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. "TikTok" is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only to describe how the app works.

Your data

How Stash handles your data is described in our privacy policy. In short, Stash accesses your TikTok archive only to obtain your Favourite Videos and discards everything else.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under EU law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time and will post any changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Stash after a change means you accept the updated terms.
